چکیده
Purpose: To compare the efficacies of 3 % (w/v) hypertonic saline, 20 mannitol, and 10 mannitol plus (v/v) glycerol in management intracranial hypertension. Methods: Patients with pressure > mmHg received saline (HT cohort, n = 78) or w/v (MT 82) (MG 73) until was reduced below 15 mmHg. Neurologic outcomes, hemodynamic parameters, clinical biochemistry were evaluated as indices pathological parameters. Results: Serum sodium levels serum osmolarity significantly increased by (w/ v) relative to other resuscitations. At end 1 h observation period, 60 (77 %), 36 (44 41 (56 %) patients from HT, MT, MG cohorts, respectively, had their cerebral perfusion successfully maintained at 70 ≤ 78 (100 81 (99 73 respectively. The mean values arterial cohorts after h, min, 30 min interventions, respectively. Conclusion: These results indicate that most rapid effective resuscitation for hypertension traumatic brain injuries cranioencephalic trauma.
